Not necessarily. It could be stuff he picks up at thrift stores, or maybe he buys storage lockers.

The account is still hijacked........ the bicycle which was a new auction just disappeared.

I think the guy hijacked the account, and is grabbing what he can. Doubt he has ANY of the stuff, he and the money will be gone when the account owner and eBay figure it out. Note everything wants you to contact him at gmail or msn.com. The money isn't going thru eBay.

That's why eBay/Paypal has buyer protection and why you should never buy anything off line from eBay.. You lose all your buyer protection. Unless it is someone you know.

Certainly you're correct about the hijacker. They steal the pictures and descriptions from past auctions and modify them for their purpose. When I was referring to the stuff being auctioned, I was meaning the few legit auctions that were still listed from that seller. The stuff listed from the real account owner was all nick nacky stuff.
